Users must not disrupt the service, bypass validations, impersonate others, publish unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.

Cultural content is provided for information. We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but errors, omissions or approximations may remain.

Monument recognition results may vary depending on photo quality, angle, lighting, location and data availability.

6. Photos and user content

Users remain responsible for photos, usernames, profile images and other content added to the app.

Users must have the necessary rights or permissions and respect the privacy of people who may appear in their content.

7. Points, teams and rankings

FlashPoints, collections, teams and rankings are game and progress mechanics with no monetary value.

We may correct, remove or recalculate points in case of technical error, fraud or abusive use.

8. Intellectual property

The FlashTheWorld brand, interface, text, graphic elements, databases, software and service content are protected by applicable rights.

No ownership rights are transferred to users beyond the personal right to use the service under these terms.

9. Liability

Users remain responsible for their safety while travelling. The app does not replace vigilance, signage, local instructions or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, FlashTheWorld is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, temporary unavailability or content errors.

10. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, fraud, service security concerns or legal request.
